What is Month-of Coordination?

Month-of coordination (sometimes called day-of coordination) begins about 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding. We’ll take over the logistics, finalize the details, and coordinate everything on the big day so you—and your VIPs—can be fully present.

We don’t believe in showing up the morning of your wedding without knowing your story. Our month-of coordination is a hands-on service with enough lead time to truly support your vision and prevent day-of hiccups.

Our Month-of / Day-of Coordination Services Include:

One lead wedding coordinator (with optional assistant, based on guest count and complexity)

A planning meeting 4–6 weeks before your wedding

Full review of your plans, vendor contracts, and floor plan

Custom day-of timeline creation and vendor communication

Venue walkthrough and final details check-in

Rehearsal coordination (if needed)

10–12 hours of onsite day-of coordination

Set-up and styling oversight

Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception management
